Toyota C-HR India Launch

Hyundai Creta Facelift has recently been recently launched in India. Also, Creta's main competitor Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza also got a facelift recently. This all shows that Indian buyers are getting more attracted towards the Compact SUV segment as Indians love SUV's but they are costly too. Seeing this one on opting for the compact SUV which you can get at a price of a C-Segment Sedan.

Toyota India does not have any compact SUV in the lineup till now. Although it has the Fortuner which has the lead in the Full-Size SUV segment.

Earlier this year we got the news about the launch of Toyota Raize, we also got some spy shoots of Toyota Raize also. Toyota Raize is proposed to mainly rival with the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza. All it will share some elements with Vitara Brezza too.

Toyota C-HR

It is sure that Toyota will enter the Compact SUV Segment (Premium Side). Toyota is likely to introduce the C-HR to fill the gap between the Vitara Brezza rival Raize and the Fortuner. Therefore we can expect Toyota C-HR with the starting price of Rs.15L. It will compete with Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos etc.

We have already seen Toyota C-HR testing on the Indian Roads. This hints us India Launch of Toyota C-HR.

The design of the Toyota C-HR is more about a Crossover that the regular boxy SUV's. The C-HR is well equipped in the International Markets featuring like LED lights, dual-zone climate control, power-adjustable driver seat with heating, 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment, pre-collision system, pedestrian system, 10 airbags, radar-based cruise control and lane departure assist.

Toyota is witnessing more demand for SUVs rather than sedans in India. Toyota is likely to launch the C-HR to compete Kia Seltos and Hyundai Creta.
